What Is Covered Under Warranty?

The Slimthin Wallet warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your lifetime warranty will include replacement parts in the event of failure or loss of: elastic, screws, inner plates, and/or money clip. This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear of the elastic; scratches on the outer-plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

What Is RFID And How Does The Wallet Protect Against It?

Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) is the use of radio waves to read and capture information stored on a tag attached to an object. A tag can be read from up to several feet away and does not need to be within direct line-of-sight of the reader to be tracked. All of our wallets block RFID with the two aluminum inner plates.

    • Tracking is provided through DHL eCommerce. Once DHL delivers the package to the destination country, final delivery will be with your local post office or EMS service. Please allow 7-28 days for your package to reach its destination.

  • Typically there won’t be any customs or import fees. We do our best to minimize any customs charges relating to the invoice but they will vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee what they will be in advance.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: 
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
